Every order is treated like a gift. Before your package leaves our hands, we need 3-5 business days to carefully quality-check your items, pack them into our custom mailer box, and tuck in your surprise mini companions and stickers. We do not rush this process because your unboxing experience matters to us.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
To bring you unique, high-quality designs without the massive retail markup, we partner with specialized global fulfillment centers. Once your custom box is packed and handed over to our shipping partners, the transit times are as follows:
United States: 10 - 15 business days
Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance or local postal service peaks.
3. Order Tracking
Once your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order's journey directly on our website.
4. Customs & Duties
For most standard orders, you will not be charged unexpected customs fees. However, please be aware that any applicable import duties or taxes levied by your country's customs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Delivery Guarantee
We stand behind our logistics framework. If your package is officially declared lost in transit by the carrier, or if it fails to arrive within 45 business days from the original dispatch date, we will immediately arrange a complimentary replacement shipment or issue a full refund.
